Newgrounds.com is a great place to find music for your flash projects

They have a portal where people submit audio specifically for this purpose. Browse around, you are guaranteed to find music that will suite your project, whatever that may be. For sound effects my favorite place to go is the FreeSound Project, there you will find a LOT of royalty free sounds to use. Soon if I have time I will put up some tutorials on using FL studio to make your own music, it will seem hard at first, but if you keep at it, ANYONE can make great music!
